1. Refunds for Design Services:
As our services are primarily digital (e.g., online consultations, interior design plans, 3D visualizations, etc.), they are non-refundable once the work has commenced. This is because the services are tailored to your specific needs and delivered electronically, making it impossible to return or exchange the work.
However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, and if you are not completely satisfied with the work provided, we offer the following:
- Initial Consultation and Revisions: After the initial consultation or the first draft of any design work (e.g., floor plans, mood boards, etc.), if you are not satisfied with the direction of the design, you may request revisions or adjustments. We allow for 5 to make sure the final product meets your expectations.
- Communication and Feedback: We encourage open communication throughout the project. If you have concerns about the service or if the design is not aligning with your expectations, we will make every effort to address your concerns in a timely and professional manner.
2. Cancellations:
- Cancellation Before Work Commences: If you decide to cancel your service before the design process begins (i.e., prior to any work being initiated or designs being started), you are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellation After Work Begins: If the design process has already begun, cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee, reflecting the time and effort spent on the project up until that point.
3. Digital Deliverables:
For services that involve the delivery of digital content (e.g., design files, 3D renderings, mood boards, etc.), once the files have been delivered to you electronically, no refunds or exchanges are possible due to the nature of digital products. If there are issues with the files or technical problems, we will work with you to resolve them promptly.
4. Service-Specific Exceptions:
In some cases, depending on the specific service you’ve requested (e.g., product sourcing or furniture orders), there may be additional terms and conditions related to refunds. Please review the individual service descriptions for any specific terms.
